Lovely little paperweight and the best packaging I've seen! However, very disappointed with the time it's taken to reach me because of the courier who arrived at my door knocking hard in glass despite a doorbell you can't miss and then throwing it on the tile floor while I'm holding my hand to take it. Tracey, it might be easier to use royal mail, I ordered 2 other paperweights at the same time as this that arrived on Monday and weren't thrown in the floor. Who'll end up paying for the damage?
