I’m quite happy with the 36v brush cutter / trimmer. It’s quite light - very easy to operate with 2 hands. The power is adequate for long grass if you make a few tentative passes, and it handles fibrous weeds well enough. For short grass, it trims quickly and well. This isn’t one of your namby-pamby safe machines - there’s an exposed sharp metal blade spinning at over 1000 rpm, close to your shins. You’ll probably want to factor that in to your operating technique. Exceeded my expectations.

Strange experience. The cordless grass cutter didn't work. Tried everything. Dead as a doornail. Had to send videos showing it not working (didn't think that was right). But they were amazingly fast replying to emails, and also fast in giving me a full refund. I could give them no stars for sending me a dud product, but they deserve 5 for fairness and 'speed'. As they don't make the product I'll go with the latter.
