Item (water bottle cap) arrived with a manufacturing flaw (a deepish surface hole) that appeared to have some silicone covering the fault after contacting seller they did offer a small discount on faulty item but nowhere near enough in my opinion.
Only a cheaper priced item overall,but wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone due to the way they dismissed the problem.
Overall rather disappointing considering the slow postage time, will purchase another from a more reputable seller next time.

Bought three guitar wall hangers, two were as described third was completely different. They refused to issue a replacement, a return label or a refund. Kept offering a small refund telling me to keep or on sell the wrong one. EBay issued a refund. These people don’t understand the principles of business and should not be in business.
