    Awesome Product

    Awesome Egg Pod. It is easy to use. Cooks my eggs perfectly. The shells come off super easy. I was skeptical of it, but thought I'd try one anyway. Very happy I did, because I really like the Egg Pod, and highly recommend it.

    Perfect Egg Cooker Not Perfect

    PROS - this allows you to steam eggs in their shell in the microwave CONS - takes as long as the traditional boil in a pan method (8-10 mins.), no detailed instructions with the egg pod on how to use; had to watch an online video, cooking time is for a 600 watt microwave; had to go online to find a conversion cooking chart for 1,000 watt microwave, fits large eggs only; extra large or jumbo size do not fit and finally, egg shells did not crack on all the eggs after shaking more than ten times, the water leaks out of the container as well, which you are suppose to leave inside while shaking (messy) and shells did not detach any easier than the traditional pan method; had to hand peel anyway.

    Space saving and easy to use.

    This product performed exactly as advertised. The eggs were perfectly cooked and amazingly easy to finish peeling. I did have some problem with cleaning the bottom portion of the container. The instructions merely say turn the bottom over and slide out the inside part. I had trouble getting the bottom out. All in all I expect I will enjoy having eggs more often using the Egg Pod.

    Time saver

    Definitely works well and eggs are easy to peel. Only downsides are you have to experiment a bit to find the right amount of cooking time for your microwave and it comes out really hot so I can only open it using rubber gloves for dishwashing. Putting your cooked eggs in cold water for at least 5 minutes helps as well.

    It takes an amount of tries to get the right cook time. Looks like our 1000 watt microwave will take the max recommended time of 11 minutes. It does cook the eggs and they are relatively easy to peel.

    It really works!

    This product is so easy to use and produces perfect hardboiled eggs very quickly. I had my doubts until I used it. I don't usually bother to write product reviews, but I was amazed at how easy it was to use this cute little Egg-Pod. It takes only 9 minutes to cook, 2 minutes to set and 2 minutes running cold water over the Pod. Then shake 10 times, remove led and there you have it.So extremely easy to peel.
