    Good to begin with, lost it's way towards the end

    I enjoyed the first part of the book immensely. The writing was good, amusing in parts, and the characters drawn well. But the book lost it's way probably about two thirds through - it became an overlong, drawn out absurdity. If it had been a little shorter and more concise, then the book would have been a better read, in my opinion.

    Not as good as I’d expected

    I bought this book as it is going to be a film in 2020 but must admit that I’m not that impressed with the story. Perhaps too many characters and the story doesn’t really go anywhere exciting
