I have been communicating with this buyer several times regarding returning the item, and she wanted to exchange it due to ordering the wrong size. I instructed the customer to request a return; she stated, "She didn't see a link and will contact us back." To our surprise, within 24 hours, negative feedback was given. We shipped another size without receiving her return. This feedback is unfair.
