    Perfect quality & great value. They look great too and that's a bonus. They are both on my knees now. They certainly did not take too long to cool down in the freezer, and since it is gel filled, it does not become rock hard like ice. Instead, they are very easy to use and comfortable to wear directly on the skin. I highly recommend these to anyone post surgery or a sports injury. They come with two extenders should they be required. Not needed for my knees thou. AAAAA+++++

    The ice packs work well but they warm up relatively quickly. You have to keep one in the freezer while you've got one on your knee and then replace it once one has warmed up.
