I hope there won't be any more buyers like me. This translator cannot properly translate or scan languages other than Chinese and English. When I informed the seller and requested return, they told me to pay the return shipping fee. It is clearly stated in eBay's terms and conditions that if such a defect is found, the seller should pay the return shipping fee even if the return shipping fee is specified as "buyer pays".
