One of the two displays we ordered arrived with a broken screen even though they were very well packed. Once notified, the seller promptly issued a refund for the broken screen.
The screens were packed in layers of bubble wrap, face to face, so I suspect that the defective screen was broken before being dispatched. It makes me wonder if they test everything they sell.
