Had to contact seller as heard nothing after ordering about a tracking number etc but they sent a reply a few days later with a tracking number.
Item arrived well wrapped and within time frame stated however the tracking wasn’t good as I’d looked on the day it came and it said it was still in China. Happy with the manikin looks and feels good and the chest rises really well when putting breaths in would recommend this seller

Item listed at lower price with also free shipping worldwide, so to my adress too, then got offer to cancel purchase by seller stating they could not ship to my country without paying now extra shipping fee by me, As I ordered in former days without those extra costs, I won't pay now! They refunded stating buyer cancelled order, even though in all coms I requested the item, and not a refund. Not at all helpful in any way. Don't waste your time dealing with them as its a silly kind of fraud...
