    Review of this getting started playing drums.

    This DVD takes you right from set up or building a drum kit bit by bit which is extremely helpful to someone just starting out. I would highly recommend it to anyone getting started. Mark L.

    A must for everyone interested in playing drums!

    Recently purchased my very first drum kit and bought this DVD after watching some of Tommy Igoe's videos on YouTube. I am 54 years old and trying to teach myself to play the drums. This DVD is outstanding for the beginning drummer. Tommy is a great teacher. He explains every detail, in a slow methodical manner so that there is no difficulty in understanding the material. I am not a drummer in any form or fashion, and as I said, I am the epitome of a beginner. Tommy's DVD is helping me to realize a lifelong dream. I plan to purchase his other DVD's, most notably "Groove Essentials." I highly recommend this DVD to everyone!!!!!

    Okay item.

    The thing I love about this, is how to set up the kit, it goes through the basics. Aside from that, it's too basic for me. I'm sure it'll help actual beginners. I did like the drum fills included in the DVD. It's an okay item.
