There was an issue with USPS and when I told the seller they were quick in trying to resolve the issue. When it was clear USPS wouldn’t have it solved in a timely manner the seller sent another copy of the item I ordered with the completely fair agreement that should I ever receive the first item that I send it back to them. Item was packaged well and sent promptly.
