The phones battery completely died and wouldn't recharge or restart, with all my personal information, banking, emails, Google passwords etc and not able to format the phone before sending it back to the Chineese sellers. They did offer a refund or a replacement phone but I had to send the one that had all of my information back to them 1st.. I need to get it formatted by a trusted technician before sending it back, at my expense too. NOT HAPPY almost $500 wasted 😒
