Seller's site stated item would be delivered in less than a week. When item did not arrive, I contacted Seller, who stated that item was out of stock with no availability. Also stated they are understaffed so can't keep their listings on ebay current. They then refunded my money, but stated reason as "Buyer cancelled order." This was to be a birthday gift that now won't arrive. Failure by Seller on multiple levels. Poor communication. Very disappointed. Will not use again.
