This is absolutely horrendous experience. Device can't read fault codes, it can't communicate at all with KIA! I needed to unlock ECU with pincode but it shows errors. Tried it 20 times. Tried updating, support is not responding at all after 4 emails. Support over eBay tell me to send email and afterwards they ignore it! Terrible experience and waste of my time. Worst thing is I needed to fix car this week because I'm leaving country...
