Ordered Black and Decker 18v Batteries and paid for them. They did not arrive, although it said on the order that they had been paid and would be dispatched via Yodel 48h but no tracking details given.
Contacted supplier and received no response, (the batteries were still being advetised at more that twice the price I had paid, so presumably they still had the batteries in stock). Eventually contacted ebay who stepped in and I got a full refund.
Will not use this supplier again.
