Seller cancelled the purchase but said I was the one who cancelled. Where I questioned the reasoning the seller replied the glass had been damaged while packing. I asked the seller for photos and said I would replace to which the seller replied that the print was damaged beyond repair. I again asked for photos and still have had no reply. I noticed that the seller still has the item for sale but at a higher price than when I purchased. Very dishonest and extremely poor form from the seller.

I have commenced legal action against this dishonest buyer.
I have also made an official police complaint as I feel very threatened by this person's serious verbal abuse. I am a severely disabled pensioner and am 74 years old and I find the personal threats very scary.
Ebay is negligent in allowing sellers to be abused and their selling reputation to be dominated by untruths and lies.
The damaged picture was sent to the buyer without any costs or postage charges.
