Description stated 'damaged box'. Pictures showed minimal damage I was ok with. Item delivered in a padded envelope only. Box looks like the postman sat on it! Contacted seller who referred to disclaimer in description. Just because the box already had slight damage does not mean the seller doesn't have to ship responsibly. Seller not willing to take any responsibility. Very disappointed.

Paid for item then item was never shipped. Contact made and seller said item broke when packaging, so didn’t send. Seller then communicated that he had to wait “until he got paid” to refund my money. Transaction took two weeks total from purchasing item. That said, Seller did communicate when contacted, I appreciate that, therefore Neutral experience.
