Dress was similar to what was pictured but not exact. Shipping took too long before event to be able to get to try on and altered. After the fact seller said they could have customized the size to avoid more alterations.
Per return policy sent back but from the US cost $50.00 to return. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.

The returned product is the shipping fee paid by the buyer, which is public and known to the buyer.
