Not super easy but no drilling
It was not super easy to install, needed 3 hands. 1 hr and I am an experienced tool user. Quality is top notch and the effort was definitely worth it. No drill as the factory holes were used but some nuts and bolts went in place of captive clips.

The instructions are a bit whack but once you size it up it is fairly easy. Remember to take off the factory rock guards front and back

Easy to install
They went on quickly and have reduced the mud splatter on our dirt road. I did not like having to remove the plastic trim that protected part of the bottom edge of the truck, but it seems like a good trade to protect the rest of the body.
