Shipping took two days longer because of inclement weather on our end. When it arrived, item wasn’t padded inside the packaging (save the electrical connector ends, stuffed in a nice sleeve of styrofoam) however it was dutifully wrapped in three layers of cardboard and an abundance of packaging tape was used providing adequate protection. My fault as I went by a dryer model # and description and missed that the word 'board' was absent. I thought the high price meant the electrical part was included (I paid $93 for an empty plastic cover.) The seller immediately refused the return. I described the situation - I'm out $93 and the part doesn't fix anything. It's still wrapped and packed. I have no use for it. Third, you wanted to return the part after telling me that it had been installed. For future reference all you have to do is read.
