Cute and unusual little building for the North Pole Village. Seller shipped item quickly in excellent protective packaging and it arrived in very good, as stated, condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Shipping was a little expensive, but these itens are very fragile and require a lot of protective wrapping to arrive intact..
