Great price point for these poles. I am a very small person who needed to find something to help me walk a sandy beach, and these are definitely a good choice. Sturdy, and very adaptable, which I had a very hard time finding. They are adaptable grip, so can be used as poles or with a cane grip. Would recommend for smaller and lighter people like myself.
