the pattern was a photo copy and a bad one couldn't make out the pattern doesn't tell you the size of aida material you need and the pattern is over 14 pages took longer to arrive than said

The pattern is not a photocopy, it is made by myself and then printed on my home printer as stated. Also most homemade patterns are across lots of pages - some in the hundreds. The size of material needed is easily worked out by the number of stitches across and down, any cross stitcher should know this, And i have no control over royal mail and how long they take to deliver once i have posted on time.
