      Im sorry this item didn't work for you. We refunded the full amount . as for the delivery being late, I'm sorry but that's out of my control, I shipped the item within 2 days and the post office took it from there. This item is Brand New, I'm not sure exactly where it goes, the buyer is responsible for getting the correct part, matching the pictures with your previous one or researching the part number. The item comes just as shown in the pictures, the 2 plastic clips in the GM baggy.
