not only is this guitar's wood absolutely beautiful on the body and neck, the figures are exquisite and unexpected! the neck pocket joint is the tightest i've ever seen, this guitar is going to set up absolutely beautifully. standard hardware in kit guitars it looks like, but the wood is what matters, and not only was the price right, but it shipped crazy fast. all in all one perfect deal, and i'm fairly hard to impress with guitar kits. well done. respect!

Over all I am happy with this DIY guitar kit , except for the large hole where a explorer would have a toggle switch mounted in the scratch board. The kit I received DID NOT have a scratch board and it only came with two pots and a toggle switch meaning the large hole was unnecessary. This leaves two choices, add a scratch board to cover the hole or patch the hole with wood filler before finishing. Either way, I would buy from jennyss again.
