The shoes were listed as a size 7 women’s, but must be a size 7 men’s or at least an 8.5 women’s. The tag w/ size has worn off. I started the return process, unaware that I chose the incorrect return reason (wrong size) instead of “not as described “ & am now liable for return shipping costs. I have reached out to the seller, asking for that to be changed, as I don’t feel I should be paying for return shipping, but the seller has not responded. It’s been several days. eBay is unable to assist.
