I will never purchase from this place again. I did not receive all parts listed in the description and my only option is to return the item. They had the worst packaging effort I have ever seen. Parts were floating in the box and the PC was on top of the packaging and not wrapped in it. I sent them a message and they said that I could return the item for refund. They would not send the missing parts and stopped communicating with me. *** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING FROM big_box_bargains.
