Honest seller, prior to shipping notified me of an issue with a stain so they offered me full refund. It looked like I would be able to address when I received it simply by washing it, so I agreed to take it anyway and they reduced price by $5 due to the stain. When I received, I found seller had actually washed it as I suggested and was able to get the stain out prior to sending. Great customer service! Jacket is great and I love it.
