Not great but not terrible as I managed to get a refund of 50% however jt was not a straight forward process. I don't think this crystal bowl is genuine and doesnt play properly and won't increase its tone when played, would definitely not be getting another crustbowls from this seller . I use these dowls within my ceremony and have many other . This is not at the same quality unfortunately.
