I tracked it on the USPS website for a week or so and it seemed to be stuck at one of their facilities. After contacting the seller, he investigated with USPS and it was determined they lost the package at some point. Seller was more than helpful and prompt and sent me a new product, free of charge to me! I even offered to pay the shipping and he declined my offer. Product works great and all is well!! :)

It arrived at my mailbox undamaged in a small cardboard box, the fans were wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap, and the fans were encased in two plastic bags. They seemed friendly, but I did not communicate with them since I didn't have a problem. Overall, I would buy from this seller again if I needed another item and they seemed friendly with their messages.
