When I received the item, a part was missing, even though it was supposedly new in box. I know it's possible that the seller got duped themselves, and a shady store employee might have stolen the item when it was still in the store. When I initially messaged the seller about it, they were rude and accused me of taking the item, which I most certainly did not. Despite my initial interaction with them, they eventually made it right, since they allowed me to return and refund the item.
