Made offer on item, which was accepted on 6th NOV. Paid for item and postage on 7th NOV, as per the eBay listing. Seller then says I need to pay $45 more before item will be posted to me. I refused to pay. I tried to sort out problem with seller, but seller stopped replying to my messages. After the delivery date had passed I opened a case to get my money back. Ebay said I had to allow seller 3 business days to respond, but nothing happened. As of 23rd NOV, Ebay says full refund is on its way.
