I purchased a used Sony Handycam mini DV recorder to finish transferring family tapes (the "old" family camcorder died 3/4's through the process). This seller could not fulfill my order. He refunded 100% of my purchase price plus shipping and sent me what he did have free of charge and he paid the shipping. How could you ever ask for more than that? I offered to pay for what he did have and he refused saying "bless someone else". I would recommend this seller as #1 all the way around.
