Shoes were listed as pre-owned, I bought them to give to my husband in our anniversary the end of March, we went to have dinner my husband was wearing his shoes, the sole in one of the shoes got detached and almost fell down, it was embarrassing. I contacted the seller he offered to return my money but I had to pay to ship them. I tried to contact him because I needed him to give me the information where I need to send the shoes, so he can refund my money, he didn't reply to my messages.
