The 2 pottery plates I ordered were poorly packaged, with one plate broken in many pieces. They were willing to send a replacement but also said it was a long way to send just one. I went ahead and ordered a second one. This order came packaged well, but one plate had an inch-long very noticeable blemish on the top. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund, but have heard no reply. Cannot recommend this seller.
