Seller was very responsive, responded within an hour of me asking if this was the lid I needed before I bought it. When I did buy it, was shipped promptly. Packaging was great, this box could have been tossed all around and the dish lid wouldn’t have broken with all the bubble wrap used, product was exactly as seller had described it in the listing, and they provided a lovely little page on how to contact them if needed.
