I ordered this tap and was a bargain of a price from the others I was looking at and an extra 10% off was offered, the first tap came but it was defected, the pull out item of the tap wasn’t giving enough water pressure, checked our water pressure all fine, messaged the seller and sent me out a new tap the next day, replaced the item and working like a dream, can’t fault the quick response and replacement and fabulous customer service thank you sooo very much…
