After the delivery date elapsed & I started a contacted the seller as well as starting a refund claim. The seller contacted me & said it was Aus post but the item never got to them. This seller has an 85.9% positive feedback, imo if a seller cant keep at least a 90% positive feedback then Ebay should be looking at stopping a seller from advertising & selling on their site. Yes my item was a cheap $10 mousse but what if it was a $1500 purchase?? In the end Ebay refunded me! Dont buy from seller!

The order was very responsive and the product exactly as described and operates perfectly. the only problem was the Australia post didn't recognise or couldn't find the tracking number for most of the time. Fortunately it arrived today the 20th of December after being ordered on the 7th of December. Probably Christmas rush was to blame.
