Item as described. Seller charged Shipping for $ 18.60 but when the package delivered I have to pay extra $ 6.35. My USPS mail lady paid it affront for me because I wasn’t home. When I paid her back she asked if I want to return to sender. What a disappointment when considered a high shipping cost.
