The seller used a non-trackable shipping method and underpaid postage resulting in a surcharge being payable and a massive delay in delivery. In the meantime the seller (rightly) issued a refund as we both assumed the package was lost and told me to keep it if it turned up (although it took a dozen or more messages to get to that point). Then when it did turn up the seller started sending more messages (sometimes at 3am), very annoying and to my mind inappoproriate. Can't recommend.

It is a criminal offence to put false item not received claim to royal mail. I was trying to fully investigate this. I refunded the buyer and they paid a sub charge after being refunded. This resulted in recieving the item and refund.
