Yodel failed to deliver item (lost/stolen?) I recommend that the company uses a more reliable service rather than just the cheapest or most convenient. I was refunded by ebay after 3 weeks and 2 estimated delivery dates. To be fair the refund was fairly prompt following the complaint.
