Item took longer than stated to arrive as came from Dubai not Melbourne as stated in description.
Communication poor and tardy, and only received once I began questioning where item was.
Received item finally to include US style charger plug, so unable to charge iPad.
Once again days go by waiting for reply from seller, unnecessary messages asking for my address again in order to post out correct AU charger, still waiting for reply, still waiting for charger, new iPad now unusable.
Not happy.
