    One of tne most used cookbooks in my kitchen

    In this part of the country Colorado Cache has been the Cordon Bleu cookbook for the past 30 years. Creme de Colorado is just as good: excellent recipes for people who love to cook, rarely frequent fancy grocery stores and don't want to spend too much of their lives in the kitchen. Realistic effort yield amazing culinary results.
