Players take the role of a futuristic super soldier to battle the forces of an oppressive regime in this original cross-platform shooter by Eidos' mainstay studio Crystal Dynamics. Set about 60 years in the future, the game follows the heavily-armed adventures of Lt. Nathan Frost, who began as just another infantry soldier in the internationally sponsored Liberty Coalition. When a battlefield explosion nearly kills him, Frost's body is rebuilt through a highly experimental procedure. He survives, and comes away stronger, faster, and better than before, enhanced with the potential for a number of superhuman powers and abilities. He is soon sent back into action, where he can put these special augmentations to good use. <br><br>Initially conceived as a new game set in the Deus Ex universe, Project: Snowblind was developed to combine the frontline, first-person action brought out in contemporary World War II-based shooters with the non-linear setting of a science fiction adventure. The game eventually developed an identity all its own, however, and plays out in a near-future setting where a wide variety of imaginative weapons may be mastered, and a selection of high-tech vehicles are available for both transportation and assault runs. The single-player game spans 11 multi-part missions set in 16 different locations, including repurposed theaters, abandoned temples, and a large, urban wasteland. A number of online multiplayer modes are supported for Internet-connected gamers.

    Project Snowblind PS2 Review

    I own this game on the original Xbox and really enjoy it. Now I'm playing it on PS2 and it is equally impressive! This game has LAN or System Link and still looks and plays good in 2018!

    Project Snowblind (PS2)

    Project Snowblind is a future FPS. It takes place in Hong Kong 2065. You play as the role of Nathan Frost who gets injured(almost dead). Luckily, the medical team makes him half-biological robot,half-human. The game has decent graphics. Gameplay is fun but can be boring at times because some are just really long. The game has a great arsenal of futuristic weapons. Overall I give it a 4/5 because of the great gameplay and performance. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try Future FPS games.

    good game

    this game i really enjoyed . its a shoot em up game with cool weapons,enemys and landscapes . i dont have the online playstation but i did enjoy it off line . also i enjoyed the fact that you have a life meter and body armor .unlike some where you get shot once you die.

    Good Game! Great Sequel to Deus Ex!

    This was the sequel to Deus Ex that was on Pc. Great Graphics for the PS2 but a little short for the gameplay. Great First Person gameplay. Good number of multiplayer modes. Get this game dirt cheap and not full price.
