On the 4th use the tent started having issues standing up, 5th use the tent would fall over after 1-2 minutes, 6th use the tent couldn't stand at all. Figured out it was an issue with the wire frame and fixed it, but I don't see this sauna tent lasting more than a few months. Steam unit,takes 20mins to make steam, even with pre boiled (80c) water added. They eventually agreed to send a replacement tent, had to first reject a couple partial refunds ( 1/6th and then they lowered it to 1/7th of the total cost ). Since then, they have basically harrassed me to change the feedback I left, without even testing the replacement. I wish I could block sellers messages as this level of harrassment is crazy.

However poor communication and shipping, 1 box went missing for a while, wrong carrier shown on ebay so could not track item (showed Hunter Exp but they shipped via Kinisi). Emailed seller however they did not respond until the item arrived a few days later so I had no idea if item was delayed/lost or not shipped.
