BUT did not get the protected cover or the pump 1 package for $131.94 and aussie1mart1 wrote we sell on different platforms and said it is human error and offered $10.00 refund YOU REFUND $54.26.00 eBay I'll never trust this seller WHO sells on different platforms 😡

Never gave me proper tracking or updated me about the package actual whereabouts. First they said it was damaged, then said it was reposted. Then it was delayed, delayed and delayed. They could not provide accurate tracking or an update. I kept saying i still wanted the item then after saying multiple times it wpuld be delivered within 24hrs but ignoring my request fpr an actual updte or working tracking number they have now just refunded it. Very poor customer experience

This seller clearly states Delivery from NSW. 2hr drive from my home. After a week I contacted the company and was told the courier had lost my package and a new one will be sent. A week later, an Amazon delivery arrives at my door with the item. Inside the box is the packing slip with original Amazon pricing and a dispatch date of three days after I ordered. How did the replacement item get sent before the original was 'lost in transit' ? These people are just bare faced liars. Steer clear.
