The item took 3 weeks to arrive. The item was not as described, possibly due to a shipping problem as box appeared to have been re-taped shut. Description said clean, item was badly scuffed. Description said power cord and USB cable included, they were not in the box. Look, stuff happens, and I am reasonable. I attempted 3 times to reach this seller, and they did not reply. That is unacceptable. I finally had to get a refund through eBay...and the seller did not respond to them either.
