Arrived 8 days early in very good condition, well packed in a recycled Amazon box and padded envelope - both of which will be re-used again. Item was listed as Mint but I would say it's more like Very Good as the DVD case is a little tatty. No damage to cover or disc but DVD case will be replaced to make it look better. Postage costs were OK as was dispatch time, taking 18 days to arrive from Colorado. Good communication and service from seller and I will buy from seller again!

The impact driver and its battery arrived, true to their description, in great condition. The charger, however, was missing. I contacted Big Willy's Little Shop, who responded within the day, apologized for the inconvenience, and had the charger at my house a couple days later. Outstanding customer service. I'm quite happy with my purchase, but the speed at which they corrected their mistake is what really impressed me.
