Unfortunately the company they use for delivery is very poor in terms of parcel security as they don’t want to enter a property and just dump the product near the letter box. Leaving it exposed to theft. Previously a delivery was tampered with but was caught by a neighbour. I would advise you to take extra care for your order by adding better protection. Regular postage is much better than the company this supplier uses.
